The location was phenomenal. The Inn is at the bottom of the main "downtown" area for Newport, so we could just step outside and head north until we found something that piqued our interest. Plus, being right on top of the bar, it was easy to find any wayward group members when we needed to regroup: They were at the bar.

Situated on Newport Harbor, this guest accommodation is just a 4-minute walk from Elms Mansion. It boasts a fresh-made breakfast each morning and offers free Wi-Fi in all guest rooms. A bit different, but fantastic. Staff were great. Parking was easy. Close to everywhere. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were comfortable and quiet I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
