I’ve cycled past this hotel for years, always thinking it looked like a peaceful place. For our anniversary, my wife and I finally decided to book a stay—and I’m so glad we did. The rooms were better than the photos, which was a nice surprise. The whole place had this calm, romantic vibe, and everything was really well taken care of. It just felt easy to relax there. We had some great meals at the restaurant on the property, and the spa was even better. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced, and using the sauna afterwards made it even better. From check-in to checkout, everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly, attentive, and honestly better than what I’ve experienced at some high-end hotels. It was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary, and I’d definitely go back.

I have stayed in a Vesta property before and it was an equally amazing luxurious property and again Xuan to assist you. I thought the advertising pictures were stretched but no, it really is a massive property, every bedroom ensuite and all tastefully decorated the same throughout the house. Everything you need in the kitchen, huge bath on the roof with a sunbathing area, jacuzzi in the garden which is gated and fenced off. Great restaurant two doors away and the beach 100 Mtrs away.

The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful place by the sea while still being very close to the city center, which is easily accessible by Grab or scooter in just a few minutes. What we especially loved was the hotel’s cozy and intimate atmosphere. It feels much more personal and relaxing than a large resort. The staff was incredibly attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The food was also excellent, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bedding deserves a special mention — probably one of the most comfortable beds we’ve had during our trip in Vietnam.

The property is very nice and the rooms are big and spacious. We came in for only one day to hoi an and stayed here. The staff - Sunny and Yummy were very welcoming to us and accommodated our requests and even offered us valuable insights in how to go about in hoi an and da nang! They were very professional and polite as well. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend this place. The breakfast had a nice variety of options too!

Am Cua Dai Beach erwartet Sie das Palm Garden Resort inmitten einer 5 Hektar großen herrlichen Gartenlandschaft. Es verfügt über ein Spa und einen 45-Meter-Außenpool. We really enjoyed our time at this resort. The staff are exceptional. Everyone is so focused on making sure that your stay is exceeding your expectations. There was some construction next door to our room and the staff were able to help us move our room. We ended up in a great 2-room villa (we were traveling with 2 families). The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities. Speaking of facilities, the pool was large and clean and the lifeguard staff were so helpful in getting people chairs and towels. There were always enough loungers for everyone and if there weren't, they got more. The staff at the beach were the same. The beach was quite dirty but that is not the fault of the staff! The waves were quite high and I wonder if that contributed to the water/beach pollution. The food was decent but I'd recommend going out across the street if you wanted cheap and authentic food. We only ate by the pool and had breakfast there so I can't speak for the other restaurants. There was a lot of variety for breakfast- both western and eastern food. The location is great if you want to be on the beach. They have a shuttle 3 times a day to the city and you can also use a Grab and be there in 15 minutes. As I mentioned above, there are a variety of restaurants just across the street as well as a mini-mart and a tailor. Further down on the beach, there are beach restaurants as well but they were quite empty when we walked there (could have been the time of year). Overall, we'd definitely come back to this resort and have plans to do so next year.
