Everything was perfect! The location was incredible, the room was so comfy and excellent breakfast! I was not expecting a lake view but upon entering my room there it was! So beautiful :) Honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed :) If I’m ever back in Iseltwald I will definitely come back here again

Everything is so perfect. The location is perfect, you can see the mountains in front of the hotel, and the sunset. Really beautiful. Also it’s just a few minutes walk from the train station, very accessible. And it’s close to other small beautiful towns within one hour train. They have parking spaces, too. There are also hiking trails near the hotel, we went to many quiet and beautiful places. And the facilities are in good quality, very new and clean. The room is warm in the winter. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful, we even got the Christmas gifts from them during our staying. I love the hotel and will come back again.

Service was excellent and friendly, location was authentic Swiss Alps away from the bustle of Interlaken. Room was large and very comfortable and clean. Perfect stay.

Very accommodating hosts in a beautiful location midway between Interlaken and Lucern. Absolutely stunning views. Rooms were spacious and very clean. One room was beautifully remodeled, the other two were older but still very nice. The historic guesthouse is family owned and run and the love this family has for their guests is very evident. We had a travel delay that kept us from arriving while the restaurant was still serving dinner, but the hosts offered to make us cold sandwiches to have when we arrived. When we arrived, they had the sandwiches ready and offered a few other options (salad, appetizers), which was greatly appreciated!

The hotel is just above the main street and is a 10 minute walk from the station, and 3 minutes uphill from the main street, which makes it a bit more of a quiet area and is a nice place to relax. The views from the balcony (off of the room) of the valley were stunning. The staff were so friendly and helpful - we wouldn't hesitate to stay the next time we are in the area. We only had the breakfast which featured many local products which was super nice to have to get your day started.
