Lovely historic house but modern features The owner was very hospitable and welcoming. Such a massive house/hotel. River and lovely scenery nearby. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We loved the evening church bells. In addition, the flowers around the villa were magnificent. Our host was very knowledgeable about the area and things to see and do.

Excellent place to stay esp if you like farming, they have garden (s), and a hundred+ deer! Host was awesome! taking care of all aspects. Great views from all windows also. A town nearby had all needed (restaurants, shops) and there is also a contact zoo nearby.

Overlooking Lake Lucerne and the Alps, this guest house in Meggen is just 3.7 mi from Lucerne and offers free Wi-Fi. The spacious rooms at Gasthaus zum Kreuz are nonsmoking.
