I almost always choose the entire place for privacy but in this case the host was living in her house as I only rent one room there. So it entirely depends on the host and the type of person she is. In this case she was very discreet, very informative and cheerful. The place was clean and comfortable with an exquisite breakfast and the host did evrything she could to make our stay memorable. And she did.

There is noone physically present to receive you or give you the keys to your room, but you get the instructions on an email that the hostal sends you. Also, if you can't understand how it functions, there is someone who will guide you to do it.
