Set in a large Victorian building, Colebrook Guest House is situated on a quiet residential street and offers rooms with en suite bathrooms. Located less than 10 minutes’ drive from the M3 motorway, this guest house is just a 5-minute walk from the pubs and restaurants in North Camp village.

Came to see WDF World Darts Championship in Lakeside and chose this accommodation, which was reasonable price and good location. Easy check in, room was small, but I was travelling alone, so it was absolutely fine. There was cattle to make tea or coffee and some snack. Very good breakfast, you can choose from several meals from the menu, and they will quickly prepare it for you. Friendly staff, always polite and caring, we had a nice chat also. I can definitely recommend this place.

The hosts (Steve and Deborah) were very welcoming and moved their car so that we could park on site. The room was exactly as described by words and photos. Bed was very comfortable. In-room snacks/fruit/drinks were very welcome. Excellent continental breakfast served at the time of our choosing. My wife was taken ill and we had to arrange medical treatment and make very hasty rearrangements - cancellations, new bookings etc (were supposed to fly out of Heathrow at 10am). Steve and Deborah were very sympathetic, accommodating and gave advice. Their calm support was much appreciated at a very stressful time.

Stay was cheaper than others in the area, clean and tidy. Staff are welcoming and helpful with any issues we had. Affordable food & drinks available as expected in any Wetherspoons - Good outside & Inside seating. Great location for visiting the Princes Hall. Short (less than 5 mins) walk from the multistory car park which was free after 1800 and only £2 from 0800 to 1200.

I travel for work, this was the perfect base for working around GU, RG, RH, SL, KT postcode areas. The accommodation was great, fitted out with all mod cons. The neighbourhood is very suburban and quiet, 2 miles from the town centre with quick and easy access to motorway.

Was a lovely plesant place to stay the staff were great checking the rooms before letting us head up even though they were clearly short staffed due or covid. The room was clean and tidy and a good size with 2 ddouble beds. Then we were invited or use the bar for the evening and shown to the rustic style tavern inside the hotel. It was like stepping back in time. Very quaint. Oak beams loads of brass on the walls etc.
