We loved the countryside and the pretty view from the room. Rita answered quickly on the chat function and even checked for us where in the area we could charge the electric car! Our son with allergies was well looked after. Delicious breakfast!

Excellent host and really friendly and welcoming local customers. Very comfortable and clean room. Plenty of easy parking right up to room entrance way. The food is excellent. This is our second stay, and we will be back next year god willing. Visiting from our home in Florida we stay at many Hotels and B&B's during our time in the UK, I have to say without doubt the full English Breakfast at the Butterleigh In is the best I have ever eaten, best ingredients perfectly cooked.

We LOVED everything about this property! The room is even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures suggest. Even the walkway to the room is lined with beautiful plants and woodwork. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was delivered in baskets to the front door in the morning. And the fact that dogs are welcomed is an added bonus:). But the best part of our stay was meeting Kate! She is a very warm, genuine and beautiful woman who seems to truly enjoy hosting guests in her lovely accommodations. Thank you Kate—we hope to return.

Just everything about Henbere Farm met our expectations and more. It's a farm house so it is in the countryside. Quiet location of course. The room appointed to us had views to open countryside and was wonderfully equipped and furnished with lots of nice little unexpected extras. Owner manager of the property Kim was a marvellous host who made sure our stay was perfect. Lovely breakfast room and food options. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

It was a nice old traditional English pub, spacious and welcoming. Rooms nicely furnished. Great that we could just go down into the pub for our evening meal which also good. The breakfast was amazing.

Left very early (6:30) to continue my LeJOG cycle but staff facilitated a breakfast for me. Enjoyed being there for Curry Night. (Wednesday)

Hosts were very likable and outgoing. Views over the local countryside were splendid. Full English breakfast was everything we expected and delicious! Special driving directions were essential because we arrived in the dark.
