Zurab was very comfortable and friendly. The truly georgian hospitality. He said to us where to go in Kutaisi and where it is not) The rooms are not big enough, but it is really comfortable to lay down on several nights and walk in Kutaisi. There is also a place for one car.

I visited with my mom, so I was extra careful about where to stay, and I'm glad to have found Jay’s house. It feels like staying at a relative's home—the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and has a modern style. The owners have clearly gone above and beyond in preparing the room, making it feel like a five-star hotel. I like good communication with the hotel's owner. All my questions about a secret parking procedure in the city were answered. Brief information about the room. It is a clean, bright, and convenient room. It was a good view from the window - the river, roofs of small buildings, trees, and birds in the sky. It was a good conditioner in the room. A good set of kitchen staff. A real and true bath in the room. And another important thing. The normal table. The table for normal work - that's why I choose this hotel.
