We couldn't have asked for a better host. John Joe made sure that my friend and I could get around the area OK, considering that we didn't have a car. He gave us advice on what we could do and what sights to see, as well as letting us have comfortable use of the house and its facilities. My friend and I loved the property! It was wonderful being able to see the horses from the terrace as we read our books or had our coffee. They also have a couple of adorable dogs that seemed to never run of energy! And as the other guests have commented, the breakfast options were fantastic and adjusted to fit our needs and preferences. Thank you, John Joe!

Great location, PARKING is across the street, cheap and secure you also have the train and the bus station close by. The room was very clean, with comfy beds, and big for all of us. Great windows because there was no noise inside. So we sleep like babies. There was also coffee and tea, sugar, and milk with a kettle. Closet to keep our stuff organized. The bathroom was clean and super spacious, with clean towels and the things that you need for your stay. The staff (Michael) is such a nice guy. He made our stay easy. Give us an option for an extra comfy pull-out bed for our little girl, so Before we arrived our room was ready. We also paid for breakfast, We recommended it! The food was a really good, good amount per person. Michael was an excellent host, always making sure we were always okay and the other guests, and also had different options for kids to eat. Michael, Thank you so much, this will be 1 of our first options when we come back to Waterford. I will recommend this guest house again. Great value for the accommodation and Breakfast.

We felt super welcomed by our hosts, Enda and Martin, and from the moment we walked into the front door, I knew it would be a fantastic stay. From the abundance of natural light, to minimalist decor and all the extras you could ask for. It's as though the hosts really put so much thought into making their guests as comfortable as possible. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was so elegant and clean. The breakfast was equally matched with natural light, local fresh jams, fruits and other condiments, along with a delicious fully cooked breakfast all while listening to the magic of Frank Sinatra singing good morning to you? I have to admit, I could have just stayed right there for the whole day!!

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was a good variety of food including a full Irish breakfast, cereals, yoghurts, mixed fruit, breads and a pancake and it tasted amazing. Location is great because it's a 2-3 minute walk to the shops. I'll definitely be back again.

I tend to be harsh with my scores as I like to keep 9's and 10's in reserve for the exceptional. This is a nice B&B in a quiet location with open views over cattle fields. Excellent breakfast and very friendly host and student helpers. We had only booked for one night as a stop-over so cannot comment on surrounding area or suitability for a longer stay. Would be very happy to stop here again. I believe there are only two guest rooms and the spacious downstairs lounge (with tv and fridge) is available for exclusive use of visitors.
