We have been to Italy many times. We did not have too high expectations from previous experiences, but Panigai House is absolutely exceptional and completely surprised and enchanted us. Beautiful, modern rooms, beautiful views from the terrace, working air conditioning, pier where you can moor your boat, a fantastic breakfast and the best is Elena, the lady who takes care of the house. She speaks perfect English / probably German too /, always smiling. The house is located in solitude in beautiful nature two steps from the sea bay. If you want to party and the hustle and bustle of the big city, Panigai is not the best choice for you, if you want beautiful nature, romance, great service and peace is the best choice. Thank you

location was optimal, staff extremely friendly and helpful. spoke English and Italian, food was excellent and restaurant was in the hotel. air conditioner and elevator made the stay perfect since it was so hot while we were there.
