The room was tidy, spacious and stylish. A big plus was the location near the city center (everything walkable within 20 minutes) but the rooms face to the quiet backyard of the property. A big plus was the a la carte breakfast menu, which was delicious and the possibility of enjoying it in the room was included in the price. Also the staff was so friendly and nice, you immediately feel very welcome and cared of. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance!!

Alessandro is an amazing host....location is incredible and sets you up for where the locals are....not the tourists. Incredible restored heritage building and the painting on the cathedral ceiling was equally incredible. We can't say enough about the location....central to everything..cafe's, restaurants, night life, local music, etc. The location has something for everyone. Very safe, clean, ease of access, and a must stay if you're in Florence.

The room was very spacious and functional. The common spaces in the B&B like the terrace were nice too. Andrea was a great host, he shared a bunch of information on what all to do in Florence. He also recommended some places to eat, some of which we visited and really liked. Would strongly recommend this place!

Very nicely appointed and within walking distance to many attractions. The manager and her son were excellent hosts. We had a small issue with incoming package ( from states) and transport to airport. They were very helpful in both situations.
