The breakfast was continental style served between 8.00 and 9am in a small dining area.The owner was exceptionally friendly and obviously enjoyed his work in this hotel which his family owned since 1958.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The location was great - near to pizzas and cafes. Also 25 minutes to the beaches - either Bibione or beaches Levante or Ponente in Caorle. Clara speaks English, we arrived earlier than expected and there was no problem. There were drinks in the fridge after a long journey, extremely clean room which was maintained every day. Big bed and big wardrobe were a bonus. We decided to come back soon from the Czech Republic. Ciao

It was like a private little castle. Quiet, clean. Came with a decent sized pool for the hot weather. 3 beautiful little dogs greet you every time and the hosts were friendly, kind, and generous with their time and help.

It was perfect for us, the host was lovely as our plane was delayed and we didn't arrive till 2am, but he was there to give us the keys. Breakfast at the cafe, was included and delicious. Would highly recommend.
