The host is very friendly and immediately made us feel at home. The Airstream is beautifully restored (probably better than new) and parked in the old-fashion American styled front yard of the owners, with a private, cozy part with a breakfast table and fireplace in front of it. What I liked about the property is what I also disliked about the property, it was isolated. Since I did not come with a car, getting food was a challenge the first day of arrival. I was tired from travel, no food in the fridge, 3.5 kilometres to the grocer, no taxi in town. It was a Monday when most places were closed. I found a place that delivered. I was not aware of this food situation when I booked or I would have shopped prior to coming to the property. Petra, the owner, kindly picked me up at the bus stop. Petra also kindly took me to the hospital for x-rays. She was a breath of fresh air. The family was not intrusive, but welcoming when I entered their space.
