The B&B rooms are located in a former barn, and it was recently completely renovated as B&B. The building, the rooms and the general public areas are all really nice and feel luxurious. The beds are comfortable and the mattrasses are quite long, which is convenient to my length of almost 2 meters. The host is friendly and welcoming, The breakfast is not a buffet, but a ready to order choice of 4 or 5 different breakfast options, like a pancake breakfast, an English breakfast, a local Zeeuws breakfast, etc. We had the English breakfast and it was delicious. The town of Kats is just a small little village with not much to do, so if you come for rest and quiet, the B&B is perfect. But if you do want activities, there is plenty to do in the nearby area, with larger towns like Zierikzee and Goes nearby, and water sports in de Oosterschelde and Veerse meer.

Everything. It was like a small hotel with great comfort. There was free coffee tea and water in the reception room. It was walking distance from seafood restaurants. I definitely recommend this place to people who come to Yerseke to enjoy oysters, mussels and other seafood.
