The the place was really close to the city so everything was easily assessable. The staff were really helpful to arrange transportation to volcano national park and back as well arranged for us rides to go back home. Would love to give a shout out to Peter and Peace who helped us a lot and made everything easier for us when we stayed there. 100% recommend to stay at this place.

Breakfast & dinner were delicious. Wine, beer and soft drinks are included throughout the day. Apparently, laundry is also included but did not take advantage of this.

Excellent staff and beautiful garden. Enjoyed the restaurant and they got a good collection of meals and drinks. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Easy to access.

The service and food was exceptional. As soon as we arrived we were made feel extremely welcome. Respa in reception put us in a bigger room than we had booked and done it up all special for our honeymoon which was a rlovely surprise. The food was so good!! Breakfast lunch and dinner was very tasty! We always looked forward to the next meal especially in the evening beside the fire. The manager brought us on a really great tour on our second day there to the twin lakes. This included a short hike, a boat on the twin lakes out to a restaurant where we had another delicious meal with an amazing view and then back. He organised travel for us to Kigali also. We also got a really lovely kind gift off the manager which was a cow skin rug. Such a lovely gift to bring back home to Ireland. I honestly can’t fault our stay. It was everything we wanted and the team were always so welcoming and ensuring we had a great stay. That we did!
