We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

The best of all has been the great hospitality that the whole family has given us. It was great to chat and even sing together. We also loved being able to enjoy the garden and try the fruits, especially the raspberries. Oh, and the fantastic breakfast they have prepared for us.

Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

Certainly, it’s the great job of housekeepers - Satenik and her family, and also of all those people, who had donated for that. The silence tourism, the being alone with nature and yourself, the domestic food, the warmest people in the world I Ve ever met - the armenian people - and beside that the very comfortable house, high standard of quality and hospitality - all this is the success key. Love you, miss you, I do plan my next visit already.

Great location and amazing place if you prefer something secluded. Staff is friendly. Make sure you take the room on the second floor - it’s the best. If you like hiking, just do it.
