A fantastic choice. Sevan city was pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exactly in the very middle of the city on the main street. The hotel has a brewery, and the beer was delicious. The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.

Nagtatampok ang Rancho on Sevan beach by HV ng hardin, private beach area, shared lounge, at terrace sa Sevan. The place was excellent. Host is very friendly and nice. A lot of activities for all ages.

I enjoyed the stay very much. Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

Nature Rooms Cabin is a prefect place to unwind, slow down, contemplate on important things. Satenik is a great host and a human being. The nature was indescribably beautiful. The eco breakfast was yummy! We will definitely stay here again!!!
