Set on a hillside, Waldruhe is located in Jaun, 10 km from Charmey, offering a studio with a terrace and panoramic views of the village and the Jogne Valley. Free private parking is possible on site. we stayed for one night. the hosts were super friendly and nice. we had studio apartment. The rooms were nice & clean, bed was very comfortable, and the view from room was amazing ! The breakfast was delicious & the location was very quite! we will come for longer stay next time.

Beautiful location, amazing employees and a lovely concept of biological food and food from their own backyard. The lakes are brilliant and Gruyere is just a picturesque hike away. Also: really friendly cats on property :)

Montbovon’s Hotel Pension de la Gare is just 100 metres from Lake Lessoc and offers free WiFi and free parking. Rooms at the Hotel Pension have wooden furnishings, a desk, a wash basin and wardrobe. Great location, beautiful view, clean and tidy room. As it was off-season for tourists, I was the only traveller in the hotel during my stay, but the manager was still very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was well organised and delicious! The manager prepared an extra croissant for me every day after learning that I like croissants. The shower gel in my room was taken away by a previous guest and the manager replenished it with two, lent me a hairdryer and provided me with extra pillows on request. If you are planning a trip to Château-d'Oex or Montreux, I highly recommend staying at this good value hostel. I will be coming back very soon!
