Warm and hearty welcome , nice conversation , plenty tips for to-do's in the area and super suggestions in my case for looking for wonderful properties to acquire in this beautiful area ; Confolens is absolutely one of the nicest towns in this region. The hosts truly found their calling here , we will definitely be back for our next scouting ;)

A fresh and tasty breakfast was provided in a light and airy room and was buffet style. The chateau was located in a quiet location yet was quite close to a main town. Our dog was welcomed :)
