There are in good conditions and with a full tank. - Good restaurant next door, for your breakfast. We'll book here again if we visit again Samosir island.

Fantastic location waterside property with great views of village across the bay. Ferry delivers right to the hotel! Super host, helped us with many needs, including a ride to early ferry! Breakfast a highlight with restaurant views.

LOBLUS (Low Budget Luxury Stay) er staðsett í Padang, í innan við 10 km fjarlægð frá Siti Nurbaya-brúnni og 47 km frá Talang-fjallinu. Boðið er upp á herbergi með loftkælingu og sérbaðherbergi. Absolutely perfect stay at Mila Homestay! Everything was spotless — super clean room, a big comfortable bed, hot shower, and great AC. The breakfast (made by Michaël) was delicious — and even served with a smile if you oversleep by more than an hour 😄 But the real highlight was the hosts, Dila and Michaël. They are truly the best hosts you could wish for — incredibly kind, helpful, and genuine. They helped us with everything: transportation, tickets, and local tips. Dila took us to the city and market several times and always managed to get us amazing deals. We feel so lucky to have met them — not just as hosts, but now as friends. ❤️ We can’t recommend Mila Homestay enough!✨️🔝

JUNGLE LIFE GUEST HÚSIÐ - Gönguferðir og samgöngur Only Book With Us er staðsett í Bukit Lawang og er með sundlaug með útsýni yfir ána. Alek the owner is an amazing host, he really takes care of you. The jungle 2 day jungle trek he arranged was amazing too. The accommodation in right in the middle of the town and close to everything. The rooms are good and the bed is super comfy. All in all, I had an amazing stay here.

Toba Boi er staðsett í Tuk Tuk á Sumatra-svæðinu og er með verönd og fjallaútsýni. Gistirýmið er með svalir og útsýni yfir vatnið. Gististaðurinn býður upp á útsýni yfir hljóðláta götu. Amazing stay, big room and the kindest hosts. Extended my stay since it’s so good!

SeaGate Bungalows í Sabang býður upp á gistirými, einkastrandsvæði, garð og garðútsýni. The snorkeling in front of the bungalows is good. Borja and YunYun are very accomodating. Services like scooter rental and laundry are offered. There is also a dog (give him some nice scratches to become friends). The bungalows were also very nice.

Bua Guest House er staðsett 9,3 km frá Medan Grand-moskunni og býður upp á loftkæld gistirými með verönd. Lovely place, perfect for travellers stopping by on the way to e.g. Bukit Lawang or Lake Toba (you can arrange transport here which makes it all very easy). Lovely owners and staff. I stayed here twice on my trip and met interesting and friendly fellow travellers both times - it's that kind of place. Rooms are simple but pleasant, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. The honesty fridge with drinks, snacks and, most importantly, natural insect repellent, is a great idea. The location is not far from the city centre (with a vehicle) but has more of a rural village feel, which is very pleasant. It offers outstanding value for money and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Medan.

From the first contact on everything was organized perfectly (transport from and to the airport, the trek, finding a group to treck with etc.). The staff is really nice, you feel like family there. They also invited me for dinner and we talked about many different things, like culture differences. I did a 2 day 1 night treck with Rian (Guide), Sarol (Assistant Guide) and Mawan (Chef). A very good experience with a lot of explanations and fun. The food was also delicious. You can see, that they have a lot of experience.
