He picks us up his guests at the piers and answers every question you may have. - The place is well situated, just outside Tuktuk main area. - We had a room in the garden, the bed is comfortable and it is quiet at night. - Kettle and fridge in the room. - Good wifi. - Possibility to rent a scooter. There are in good conditions and with a full tank. - Good restaurant next door, for your breakfast. We'll book here again if we visit again Samosir island.

Mayroon ang Sumatra Expedition Lodge ng hardin, terrace, restaurant, at bar sa Bukit Lawang. Nagtatampok ng mga family room, naglalaan din ang accommodation na ito ng children's playground. Our first stop in Sumatra was at Lilly's Guesthouse, where we were very warmly welcomed by her and her husband Ishako. From the first moment we felt welcome and completely at home. We booked a two-day jungle trek. Our adventure began on the second day after our arrival, together with our guide Iman and a French couple, Carolane and Romain. There was immediately a nice click, and so we trekked into the jungle together. Blood, sweat, but no tears - what an experience! Without Iman, the trek would definitely not have been the same. What a top guy! After two days of trekking and a night's sleep in the middle of the jungle, we arrived safely back at the guesthouse. How happy we were to finally shower again and sleep in a comfortable bed! As icing on the cake, we also enjoyed a wonderful massage - how good that felt! After that we wanted to travel on to Lake Toba, and coincidentally that was also Lilly's plan with her family. Transportation was completely arranged by them, and together we traveled to our next destination. Along the way, we had lunch together, took the same ferry and once again shared beautiful, enjoyable moments. In Tuktuk our paths parted, as we had each booked our own guesthouse, but we met up a few more times. Each time it was a warm reunion! What we really want to say: we felt like one of them. Nagtatampok ng terrace, matatagpuan ang Mila Homestay sa Padang, sa loob ng 10 km ng Siti Nurbaya Bridge at 47 km ng Mount Talang. I recently stayed alone at “Mila Homestay.” From the moment I arrived, I experienced the extraordinary hospitality of the homestay's owner and manager, Dila and her husband, Michel. I arrived rather late that day, because my flight from Jakarta was delayed. I was immediately offered a complimentary dinner with martabak, which of course I gladly accepted. The room I stayed in was not very large, but comfortable with good air conditioning, stable and strong wifi, and a bathroom with hot water. Mila Homestay is located a bit on the outskirts of Padang, but that didn't matter because it was actually enjoyable to take a morning walk in the rice fields and local villages behind the homestay. I will definitely stay at Mila Homestay again if next time I go to Padang!

Matatagpuan sa beachfront sa Bukit Lawang, ang JUNGLE LIFE GUEST HOUSE - Trekking & Transport Only Book With Us ay mayroon ng bar. For our family, Bukit Lawang was absolutely one of the best places best have ever been. The stay at Jungle Life Guesthouse was superb. We ended up staying 2 weeks, so we got a much fuller cultural experience getting to know the owners. Alek is very friendly and enthusiastic, and Nabil was very attentive and helpful. They were great organizers of our 2-day jungle trek. (Which can be physically challenging, but if our nearly 60 year old mom can do it, so can you!) They were hosts who went out of their way for us on multiple occasions. We loved our experience at jungle life guest house and hope to be back.

Nag-aalok ang Toba Boi ng accommodation sa Tuk Tuk. Nag-aalok ang guest house ng mga tanawin ng bundok at terrace. Sa guest house, kasama sa mga kuwarto ang balcony na may tanawin ng lawa. This was for sure the best place I stayed in tuk tuk! The hosts were definitely the best part, so kind and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I had a fan, toilet paper, towel, free water refills and hot water in the shower which is rare here! It is in a quieter area but not far from delicious food. There is no direct lake access but you can access the lake from any restaurant if you order some food and ask permission :)

Yuyun and Borja are absolute outstanding hosts! Such warm people who really care about their guests well-being. Everything was clean and safe with AC, refrigerator and drinking water. The coral reef on your doorstep is amazing, so you can always hop into the water for swim and snorkel. To explore the island you can rent a motorcycle, they give you recommendations where to eat, organize tours and other activities. Breakfast and dinner are available on request. The breakfast is delicious and even though I’m vegan Yuyun considered my wishes! We also had dinner one night and we’re even able to invite two friends. A wonderful and yummy ending on Pulau Weh. All in all the best accommodations we had in Sumatra!

Matatagpuan sa Medan, 9.3 km mula sa Medan Grand Mosque, ang Bua Guest House ay naglalaan ng accommodation na may hardin, libreng private parking, terrace, at restaurant. Beautiful location, nice garden and super friendly hosts. Car pick up was on time and the fruit breakfast was delicious.

Mayroon ang Sumatra Cheeky Monkeys ng hardin, shared lounge, terrace, at restaurant sa Bukit Lawang. Kabilang sa iba’t ibang facility ang bar at BBQ facilities. I did the 2 day/1 night Trek. The 2 guides Rian and Santa were the best guides I’ve encountered anywhere in all my years of traveling. They were so kind, funny and thoughtful. The food on the trek was phenomenal and it really was a wonderful experience. The property is great, with a beautiful lush green garden.
