I have found my go-to stay on the Samosir island. This place is clean, has amazing view of the Lake Toba, has durians, has cute cats, is quiet, has air conditioner, has comfortable bed, at an authentic and strategic location to explore north and south of Samosir island, and is walking distance to restaurants and local foods. And rest assured that Dimmer (the host) will take care of you and make arrangements for you - Truly the best homestay I have ever stayed at in a very beautiful place.

Mayroon ang Sumatran Ethical Expeditions and Trekking ng hardin, terrace, restaurant, at bar sa Bukit Lawang. We had the best time at Sumatra expedition lodge. The room was spacious, clean and had air con and a fan. The family were lovely and the workers were so friendly and helpful. We had amazing meals at the lodge (our favourite the tempeh rengdeng). We also did a jungle trek organised by the lodge. We had the most incredible day with our tour guide Oman and his helper Onkey (sorry if wrong spelling). Oman was so great with 20 plus years of experience in the jungle he was so knowledgeable and we saw so much beautiful jungle and wildlife. He also deeply cared about the environment and was a great advocate for animal wellbeing and safety. We were fortunate enough to see lots of monkeys and observe the orangutan’s up close. Definitely recommend 10/10

Matatagpuan sa Tuk Tuk, ang Hub Tata Guesthouse ay nagtatampok ng hardin, terrace, restaurant, at libreng WiFi sa buong accommodation. Amazing room, big, clean, spaceous bathroom, well maintained. Great view, good fresh breakfast. Owner amazingly helpful, even ensured my safe shared car travel and checked back with me.

Nagtatampok ng terrace, matatagpuan ang Mila Homestay sa Padang, sa loob ng 10 km ng Siti Nurbaya Bridge at 47 km ng Mount Talang. I recently stayed alone at “Mila Homestay.” From the moment I arrived, I experienced the extraordinary hospitality of the homestay's owner and manager, Dila and her husband, Michel. I arrived rather late that day, because my flight from Jakarta was delayed. I was immediately offered a complimentary dinner with martabak, which of course I gladly accepted. The room I stayed in was not very large, but comfortable with good air conditioning, stable and strong wifi, and a bathroom with hot water. Mila Homestay is located a bit on the outskirts of Padang, but that didn't matter because it was actually enjoyable to take a morning walk in the rice fields and local villages behind the homestay. I will definitely stay at Mila Homestay again if next time I go to Padang!

Matatagpuan sa beachfront sa Bukit Lawang, ang JUNGLE LIFE GUEST HOUSE - Trekking & Transport Only Book With Us ay mayroon ng bar. Staff were great for organising trips. Super close to the start of the treks and a lovely view of the river. Staff helped book the tours and transport in and out of Bukit Lawang.

Nag-aalok ang Toba Boi ng accommodation sa Tuk Tuk. Nag-aalok ang guest house ng mga tanawin ng bundok at terrace. Sa guest house, kasama sa mga kuwarto ang balcony na may tanawin ng lawa. I liked everything about my stay here, the bed was really comfy and shower hot... Really good value for money... Mr Dong and his wife were amazing hosts and made me feel like home, we spent a lot of time together, hung out and had a good time! See you in 10 years...

Nagtatampok ang SeaGate Bungalows ng hardin, private beach area, terrace, at restaurant sa Sabang. Available para sa mga guest ang hot spring bath at car rental service. We loved SeaGate, the owners were wonderful and great fun to be with. They (and the rest of the staff) took great care of us and were very kind. The snorkelling right off the bay in front of our bungalow was spectacular

Matatagpuan sa Medan, 9.3 km mula sa Medan Grand Mosque, ang Bua Guest House ay naglalaan ng accommodation na may hardin, libreng private parking, terrace, at restaurant. Best homestay in medan We really loved the owners they were so kind location is a bit out of medan but we didn't want to be near city center so was fine. Very nice house with beautiful garden, breakfast and coffee was great. Got to try lots of fruit from the garden and really enjoyed spending time with the hosts. They picked us up from airport and organized a shuttle bus to bukit lawang. Stay here if you are spending a night or two in medan on your way to other destinations.

Mayroon ang Sumatra Cheeky Monkeys ng hardin, shared lounge, terrace, at restaurant sa Bukit Lawang. Kabilang sa iba’t ibang facility ang bar at BBQ facilities. The owner was so kind. Let me stay in a slightly more expensive room inside without paying the difference and got a ride back to the guesthouse from the city center at night. I wasn’t there for long but definitely felt it was a good deal for the price. It is pretty far from the center of butik lawang. You can walk it in 20min or get a tuktuk for 30rp. The walk is nice. You get to see another side to the area.
