Dila, the host, was exceptional and so kind hearted that it taught me so much during my short 3 days there. It is a nice quiet location, and you can tell that Dila has put her all into making sure the guests have an amazing time. She is always there to answer questions and do everything she can to make you comfortable. She cooks a delicious breakfast with her sister, and likes to take her guests around Padang and show them beautiful things like the clear blue river deep in the village. Stuff you would never find on your own. She even noticed I liked crystals and rocks and showed me a crystal shop I would not have been aware of. I will always cherish my stay here.

Hot shower. The view is beautiful. The place is located in a more secluded area, not near the city but very close to the ferry.

It is a comfy and very convenient guesthouse. The staff is really kind and helpfull. They also organize great trekking tours to the jungle. And the location of the guest house is great. Right next to the river. From the terasse you can look down on the river and enjoy the village life.

The guesthouse is in a semi rural area very near the city. Nice garden and fields in the ares. Away from the hustle of the city but easy walking to small shops and restaurants. Good breakfast with options. of what you want. Will stay here again and definitely recommend to other travelers

Mayroon ang Sumatra Cheeky Monkeys ng hardin, shared lounge, terrace, at restaurant sa Bukit Lawang. Kabilang sa iba’t ibang facility ang bar at BBQ facilities. My stay at Cheeky Monkeys was brilliant. Sarah, Ade and the team were fantastic and helped me out when I needed a last minute trek into the jungle. My guide Rial was fantastic too. A really peaceful escape.
