This family-run guest house has rooms with good-quality beds, mattress hygiene care and tea/coffee making facilities. There is also a comfortable sitting room for guests to relax in. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and greeted me every time I walked in or out of the door. They were super helpful giving directions to anything I wanted, and even recommended a few things to go see that ended up being highlights of the trip. The room was really cute and felt very homey. The location was far enough out of the town center to feel very peaceful and safe, and the bus connections were good too.

With a bit of a planning it's easy to get around by bus which stops right next to the bnb. The hosts were amazing, very helpful, welcoming and they truly made me feel like staying with a family member instead of a bnb. Thank you!!

Dublin is 6 km from Gracefield, while Bray is 21 km from the property. Dublin Airport is 6 km away. The host was very helpful. She proactively communicated with me after booking and before check-in. Very helpful during the stay. Not sure when the room and toilet/shower were constructed, but they look new and very clean. The host helped to store some of our food in her fridge. The location is 7 minutes to train station and 5 mins to local shops. It is in a quiet and safe area. It is 2 minutes to park where I went for walks. Being closer to Airport was very useful.
