The location could not be better, with ample free parking right in front of the property, and 5 mins walk to the city's gate. The spacious ground floor room is beautiful, modern, warm, and spotlessly clean with a great shower. The bed is king size and the bedding is super comfy. The room overlooks a neat garden from which stairs lead to a bright room where a more than adequate breakfast is served. The owner Sabina is very nice, warm and informative, and she makes the cakes served at breakfast! She also sent all the relevant information on how to arrive at her property and for self check in along with a map of amazing Urbino within minutes of my booking. I recommend this place whole-heartedly without hesitation.

I had such a pleasant stay at "B&B La Casa Di Walter"! Signora Cintzia was very kind and guided me step by step with the on-line check in.🤗 I had a very good room, modern and decorated in very good taste,with very good quality furniture. I liked the bathroom as well !!! The b&b is just near the famous Doumo Di Sant Emidio,the protector of Ascoli Piceno town,and the protector of the earthquakes. I participated at La Quintana,la festa di Sant Emidio. It was a unique experience! Three celebration days! Who else than not the Italians can warship so beautifully their ancestors!!!❤️ All in all the b&b was spotless! I recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice and quiet stay in a gorgeous town! I would like to come back ! Thank you,once again for your hospitality!

Mayroon ang BB Il benvenuto ng mga tanawin ng lungsod, libreng WiFi, at libreng private parking, na matatagpuan sa Loreto, 31 km mula sa Stazione Ancona. From all the accommodations I have ever rented in this app (for some years), BB Il benvenuto is the best package I ever had. The hosts treated me like their own family, their breakfast was delicious, they kindly offered me transport from Loreto train station to their place and vice versa, and the house is impeccable, with a very nice garden. Nowadays, it is extremely rare to encounter this type of kindness. Thank you for everything and it was absolutely a pleasure to meet you!

Matatagpuan sa Tolentino, naglalaan ang Ardea Bed & Breakfast ng accommodation na nasa loob ng 42 km ng Casa Leopardi Museum. Naglalaan ng complimentary WiFi sa buong accommodation. The owner was wonderful and very helpful. I speak some Italian and she spoke with me at a level I could understand and supported my learning. The property is in the histortical part of town.
