At the bed and breakfast, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. Such a well run small hotel in the wonderful city of Alba. Remo picked us up from the train which was so kind. The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was beautiful with stunningly decorated ceiling. Very spacious and very good products. No dining room but Alba is a foodie delight so no problem finding places to eat. In the area drinks sometimes come with extensive nibbles. We didn’t have dinner on night just wine, nibbles and, of course, stunning ice creams. Our hosts were as kind as you could want and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. But don’t tell too many people what a joy Alba is.

The property is a traditional italian house all refurbished to amazing standards, and so close to the Orta lake, so the location was great. Elisabetta was a very kind and accommodating host. Because the location was remote (no possibility of walking to restaurants or market), we chose to pick up groceries and have a picnic dinner at the B&B. She had everything set up for us to do this. The rooms were comfortable, showers great and views of the Alps were stunning.
