Very nice hotel that mixes the old and the new. I personally adore the location in Cannaregio and I honestly do not know why people would not want to stay in this area. It is my absolute favorite in Venice. They owners and staff are also very nice and bubbly people. I totally recomment it.

The hotel is great. The location is perfect for tourists. For the city and neighbourhood travel, all the buses pass by in front of the hotel. And train station 10 min short walk away. Giorgia, the manager, is so kind and helpful for travel and social needs. She is so professional and knowledgeable. She manages the property so well and does her best to satisfy the visitors.

Welcoming and helpful staff! Our room was big with beautiful view to the lake and mountains. Breakfast also was very good and with a lot of choices. Parking secure on the property. Enjoyed our stay here!

The bed was very comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to answer any questions we had. The location is excellent—just a short walk from all the major attractions in the Old Town. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was fantastic: full English breakfast, croissants, coffee, and more. After checkout, the host kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel free of charge and pick it up later, which was extremely convenient. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
