Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). It was our second time staying here and we were pleased to be here the same as the first time. Definitely a good decision to have an overnight at Miyajima and support local family business. Everything felt very "home-like". Although the building is not new and onsen that they have is far from real onsen at other ryokan type hotels, to even have this option is very nice. Breakfast is very simple, but it is definitely enough. They even provide beer and ice cream for extra payment on the spot, you don't need to go all the way to Family mart. Location is very convenient for one night-stayers. They even prepare a curry for dinner. I cannot express the level of kindness of the owner and the cozy feeling during our stay. This is a true Japanese experience. Hopefully, the owner will accept our group next year as well :)

Everything about this property was perfect. My family of 4 had a private room with 4 bunks and our own bathroom. The restaurant attached was fantastic and convenient. The train station is a ten minute walk through a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Spacious private clean room. Wonderful kind friendly host. Who made us a lovely breakfast. Was one of the hi lights of our two weeks in Japan.

Set just 1.2 km from Remains of Ochaya - Honzin, 西条ゲストハウス八反 offers accommodation in Higashihiroshima with access to a bar, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. The room was clean and the owner was very kind and nice person.

1 km from Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine, ゲストハウス尾道ポポー Guesthouse Onomichi Pawpaw is located in Onomichi and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Nice guesthouse with friendly owners.

Kunoki( konur) -gistihús Only) er staðsett í Fukuyama, 8,9 km frá Miroku no Sato, 9 km frá Jodoji-hofinu og 10 km frá Oogamiyama Omoto-helgiskríninu. Loved the property, how clean it is and staff’s kindness. Would recommend it if in the area

Guest House Gamigami státar af sjávarútsýni og býður upp á gistingu með garði, verönd og sameiginlegri setustofu, í um 3,1 km fjarlægð frá Saikon-ji-hofinu. Gamigami is located with a fantastic view across the inland sea with islands near and in the distance. It is a pity that cables are in this view as seen from the rooms but you can go up on the flat roof for an unobstructed view. It is not very far on a nearly flat road to the ferry to Onomichi so it makes a good last night if you are cycling from Imabari taking several days as we did. We had a comfort Japanese style room.

Onomichi Guest House Miharashi-tei er staðsett í Onomichi, 100 metra frá Senkoji-hofinu, og býður upp á ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna. Gestir geta farið á barinn á staðnum. The guestroom and the view is absolutely spectacular. As a guest, you are also allowed to stay and relay in the coffee/teahouse - which is also lovely. The location on the hill was for me a perfect break from all the city hustle and bustle. I would stay again anytime!
