staff hospitality is off the scale in excellence; marveleous botany in atrium, very safe walking to conference location as well as needs for sundries, restaurants etc; internet access was reliable; pest check (bed bugs, roaches) was negative-no indication of these problems; staff was very patient and engaging in translations (english to spanish and vice versa) using smart phones- language barriers were not a problem
