The room was comfortable and despite a shared bathroom still was equipped with a sink. The breakfast was out of this world! You can easily park on premises.

Travellers Retreat B&B in Christchurch provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. I just love wooden houses. Especially when they come with a pool. And in a tranquil, peaceful, and picturesque part of town. The owners, Fiona and Marcus were always at my disposal but never imposing on me. I appreciated the tasty breakfast and I am much obliged for the car ride to the airport, free of charge. PS What really bought me was the statue of three adorable dogs at the entrance. I also travell with my dog, albeit a plush one. We have visited over 70 countries together. And counting...
