My stay at Palacium Charming Suites was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and I want to give a special mention to Ricardo, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. My room was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom and the bed were amazing — truly a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Francisco was there to meet and greet us when we arrived. Exceptionally clean. Cosy private room. Francisco was very personable…an excellent host. Breakfast was tplentiful and nutritious and perfect for us as we continued our Camino to Golega for and other day of hiking.

Your are made to feel at home and welcomed straightway. The house is clean and the rooms are nicely decorated and cosy. The beds are comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. There was an offer of a meal for the night, which was very nice and served in the bar area. As I was doing the Caminho I would be leaving early and did not expect breakfast, as it had not been possible in most places I stayed, however a full breakfast was laid out for me to allow me to have it before I left. I also asked if there was a place I could wash some clothes but they were washed for me and hung up to dry. There is a nice pool and towels are provided. Would definitely stay again. There is also a wonderful dog.

I have walked many Camino’s totaling more than 100 nights of private accommodations, this stay was one of the very best. The warmth and hospitality were tremendous, the homemade food better than most anything I’ve had in Portugal, the accommodations, clean, and private and well appointed. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Beautiful area in the countryside. The room was very nice and the owner extremely kind. They were having a barbecue in the evening with musicians for her mother and the whole family. I felt like I got a real slice of country life.
