They picked us up at the pier and organized the rest of our trip on the island. When I was sick everyone was very friendly, gave me tea etc. Highly recommended!! Thank you so much :)

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse in Trang. The place is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, making it feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to offer local tips or assist with anything you need, which really adds a personal touch to the experience. The location is convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing while still being close to local food spots and attractions. Everything felt calm and well-organized, and I slept very well during my stay. If you’re looking for a cozy, friendly, and great-value place to stay in Trang, I’d highly recommend this guesthouse. I would happily stay here again.

Village Garden Bungalow er í 5 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Koh Mook-bryggjunni og býður upp á garð, sameiginlega setustofu og ókeypis WiFi. Forever Ko Mook is an oasis on a wonderful, small island. I chose the place by chance and was so glad I found it. I even cancelled my reservation at another property to extend my stay here. Wonderful, friendly staff, very nice small restaurant (serving great breakfast and lunch - and amazing coconut ice cream!) and nicely-tended garden courtyard make this place one not to be missed. For the money, best property on the island. Just know that it is away from the beach, but in a quieter part of the town. And everything is within easy walking distance.

Langkao Homestay Kohlibong หลังเขาโฮมสเตย์ เกาะลิบง is set in Ko Kwang and offers a terrace. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Spacious, clean and well equipped. There was also handy clothes washing facilities and the host kindly supplied beach mats and snorkelling gear. The host was also friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant and was always very nice.

600 metres from Hua Laem Prao Beach, Mook Raya Resort is a recently renovated property situated in Koh Mook and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. This is a butique hotel with very few rooms and a very personalized service. The staff are super kind and attentive. The hotel is only 2-3 months old, everything is new and very clean. The location is great too, with nice restaurants close by.

The colonial architecture has been restored and decorated with extraordinary attention to detail — every corner, every piece of furniture, every light fitting, every textile tells a story of impeccable taste and love for beauty. The entire property feels like a private, timeless sanctuary. The food is outstanding — fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with real care and skill. But honestly… the cuisine, stunning as it is, becomes almost secondary. What truly sets Villa Pateh apart is the extraordinary, genuine hospitality of the owners. From the second we arrived until the moment we sadly said goodbye, we were looked after with a level of warmth, generosity and thoughtfulness I have rarely — if ever — experienced. Need anything? It was already taken care of, usually before we even asked. • Our clothes were quietly washed and perfectly ironed — complimentary. • Wanted to explore the area? A scooter appeared, no charge. • They noticed I love fishing → the next day a private fishing trip was arranged for me, completely free of charge. • On our last night we were warmly invited to join a traditional Thai hot pot dinner together with the family — again, no extra cost, just pure kindness. • Whenever we wanted to visit a temple, market or viewpoint farther away, they insisted on driving us in their beautiful, comfortable car… complete with massage seats. Every single gesture felt natural, never forced or transactional. They simply seemed to enjoy making us happy. We came looking for a peaceful break in rural Thailand — and we found so much more: authenticity, tranquility, beauty and human connection that is becoming increasingly rare in today’s travel world.

Situated in Ko Libong, Koh Libong region, Libong de loft ลิบงเดอลอฟท์ is located 1.6 km from Panyang Beach. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The owner is very sweet and speaks good English. She makes a delicious local breakfast, there is also water refill and coffee/hot chocolate available. She rented us a bike at a good price and helped with onward travel advice etc. The location is quiet but close to good night market, ideally you would need to use a bike to fully explore the island. The room is large and very clean. The bed soft. No hot water but to expected on the island. Would recommend, excellent value for a beautiful island exploration.
