Chill Roof Hotel is located in a convenient area in Taipei, with two metro stations nearby (Songjiang Nanjing station / Zhongshan station), and only 1.7km from Taipei Main Station, withing walking distance to the hipster district Zhongshan. We had a great stay at Chill Roof Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend for a convenient and relaxing stay in Chill Roof Hotel.

The room was very well designed, it was very quiet, and there was plenty of space. There were very nice touches throughout the room that made it very comfortable. The staff were accommodating of our late check-in and helped us arrange a room for our arrival. They also provided complementary water and snacks throughout our stay, which were very much needed as we walked around the city. It's also right next to a subway entrance, so getting around the city was rather easy. There are some great food options nearby as well. Would 100% stay again if we're in Taipei!

The washing machine is a great help and it comes with the room, so there is no need to pay additional money for its usage. The service rendered from check in to the cleaning were definitely 4-5 hotel grade. The check in was smooth and not tedious at all. On occasion when I bump into the cleaners cleaning the room during the day, I saw how meticulous they were with their work. And there were checks to ensure that the cleaning standard were met. This is very impressive. The location was just a street away from NingXia Night Market and it was definitely one of the best night market with a variety of stores and even shophouses that sell more food. On rainy day you can just takeaway from the night market and enjoy your dinner in the comfort of the room which provide access to local tv channels and also Netflix and Smart TV function.

Housekeeping was very diligent, kept things neat and tidy while we were gone everyday 3. Laundry usage and Dryer use were very convenient (You can get washing powder from the reception below for 10 TWD or bring along your own to use) 4. Shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste were part of personal toiletries set 5. There was a water dispenser in the common corridor on my room's floor which made it very convenient to get hot water on demand 6. The staff were all really kind and their service was very good!

All of the staff were very welcoming, always greeting us, helpful especially when we have questions about travelling to places, food recommendations etc. they were always fluent in English so it makes it easier to communicate. The breakfast they provided gave me a home cooked feel and it’s different everyday. Also, Energy Inn was able to help me get pineapple tarts from Chia Te and got it delivered to the hotel the next day. It was a big plus as I didn’t need to travel down specifically for the souvenirs. The room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay here and will be doing so for my next visit!
