All of the staff were very welcoming, always greeting us, helpful especially when we have questions about travelling to places, food recommendations etc. they were always fluent in English so it makes it easier to communicate. The breakfast they provided gave me a home cooked feel and it’s different everyday. Also, Energy Inn was able to help me get pineapple tarts from Chia Te and got it delivered to the hotel the next day. It was a big plus as I didn’t need to travel down specifically for the souvenirs. The room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay here and will be doing so for my next visit!

Huge room, lots of snacks and drinks (complimentary), comfortable large bed, helpful staff at front desk, decent breakfast that changed daily. Near to Taipei main station. There are baby change and breastfeeding facilities on the third floor, as well as a vending machine and a place to do your laundry for very cheap. Couldn’t ask for more really.

The location is very near to Taipei Main Station, Taipei Metro (MRT) and Express Train going to and from Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1. The place is really convenient when you want to explore Taipei and other areas. The couple that assist us is very accomodating and approachable. They will attend right away to all your request. The room is spacious enough. Highly recommended. The free breakfast from the adjacent cafe (MWD) is very good as well.
