The concierge booked us on the Wine and Jazz Sunset Sail. The price was discounted through him compared to what I found online to book directly. It was a very nice time - lots of gray and humpback whales. Not nearly as crowded or obnoxious as the booze cruises also available. And the marina to pick up the boat is an easy, short walk from the hotel.

Room was set up very well, plenty of hot water for a shower, very nice people taking care of the posada. There was some confusion about booking a boat for the tour to see the grey whales but our host made a call and took care of getting me on a tour with Friendly Whale Tours that morning and the experience was fantastic.

The Outpost is a modem, peaceful retreat. Luisa is a friendly and helpful owner/host. She was able to book a boat tour for us the next day. The staff is professional and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. It is located in a safe neighborhood near the waterfront.

Comfortable and clean room with parking underneath or very near at a small carpark right next to the hotel. The hotel can also organise tours. Great, very central.location with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby as well as near where many of the boat tours leave from.

We loved the location next to the port - watching the boats and the pelicans. We also loved the beach, and enjoyed the boat shuttle to reach it. Despite the hurricane last weekend causing the roof pool to be closed we still loved the hotel. There were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome - welcome drink, macarons and homemade cookies- we also loved the funky decor and art. Highly recommend.
