Clean and cozy rooms for a family of five. We had a great view from the balcony where you could sit and enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. Really quite during the night and day, too. The whole stay was pleasant. The owners were very welcoming and helpful to our needs. Note: Read the book that the owner wrote about Piqeras. You will find great beaches suggested there that are close to the village.

It had everything you need for both short and long stay with kitchen utensils fridge an oven with everything you need, the washing machine,even if you can't see it in the photo the bathroom is perfect, there is a hairdryer, iron, air conditioning, there's everything in the apartment, the view from the balcony is spectacular in a quiet village 10 minutes from the sea.

The balcony and the view were amazing. It’s in the middle of the nature. The spring breeze filled with orange blossom smell on the balcony made our stay epic. We had dinner at the farm house, homemade by the host with entirely organic ingredients straight from the farm (even the meat !!) - It was DELICIOUS !! One of the best meals we had in Albania. With meal, a local bottle wine from Berat was served, it was a great discovery Cats from the farm were all around us during dinner, which made our evening even more special The breakfast next day was generous and very fresh ! The host doesn’t speak English but her kindness and hospitality go beyond languages The place was very clean and everything was functional. I recommend staying at the farm house if you have a chance, we wish we had more time to extend our stay. If we come back to this region we will definitely stay at the farm house again

    Owners were super nice and helpful. They gave us advice what to visit, where to shop, where to eat. House is situated in beautiful little village with great view and it is perfect for family with kids. Beaches are like 10 minutes drive from the house. There are 3 restaurants in Piqeras. We visited all of them and food was great. People were polite and welcoming and made us feel like we were at home. We enjoyed Albania very much and will come back for sure. Thank you very much Andi.

    Maria is an exceptional host. very carefull, helpfull and her hospitality is incredible! Her breakfasts and all dishes are surprising and very tasty. we appreciate the village art of accomodation and a possibility to find a privat beach.
