I have to admit that the good price for accommodation attracted me. At first, it bothered me that I had to share the bathroom and kitchen with someone else, but I had no problem. Clean, quiet, bright room. Mrs. Ariana is a model host, responsive, friendly, and always offers quick solutions. I felt comfortable.

location was very quite and surrounded by greeneries and trees, the kitchenette and furniture was very good quality and the apartment has two balconies one is a very big one

Super nice, fully functional, terrace must be lovely when the weather is nice. Own parking spot (although a bit tight at times), so I could efficiently zoom in and out for all my errands in the area. Fast electronic locks (without need for wifi, like in other accommodations I've seen).

The apartment is fantastic! Has lots of natural light, is located in a wonderful area with a nearby tram station and is tastefully furnished and decorated. It also comes with all sort of commodities including WiFi and cable TV. The apartment has also private parking spot which is a great advantage in Brussels. The communication with the owner was great as well. We will be coming back :)

Roya has a lovely apartment in the upstairs of her home. It has a completely private entrance (the stairs might be a bit much for some, but it was fine for us.) The bed was very comfortable. It was very nice to have a comfortable, separate living room/kitchen so that I could sleep-in; my husband is an early riser. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, chocolate, biscuits, and beer and water in the refrigerator. There were spices, oil, etc. if someone wanted to cook. Roya brought breakfast to our room. It was good and plentiful; fresh fruit and nuts, excellent rolls and bread, pastry, lunch meats and sliced cheese. as well as cream cheese for the nut bread. We didn't spend time in the village, because we were there to visit a friend in a nearby village. I think having a car would be helpful, but there are several restaurants in walking distance. Roya and her husband couldn't have been nicer, more welcoming, or more helpful, They are lovely people!
