We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating, helping us plan out logistics of our travel to and from the train station. The room was extremely clean and cozy and which made for a very comfortable stay. We would highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely owner who treated us to a very nice breakfast of Bulgarian foods. It’s an old authentic building, but with upgraded bathroom, comfortable beds and close location to the town’s sites. Very clean good size accommodation with nice linens. We were able to stream movies using the room’s WiFi. Extra space to lounge on the huge 2nd floor porch. Owner speaks a little bit of English, but she speaks Spanish very well and we were able to converse with her that way. She is really sweet. Would definitely stay again. Incredible value.

This is by far our favorite stay in Bulgaria. When we arrived the owner greeted us and showed us the property and our options for an upgrade to make our family stay better. The whole place: the rooms, the houses and garden are beautifully decorated and maintained and everything was very clean. We had an amazing breakfast cooked for us and served to us at Dona Guest House and even went horseback riding with the owner. We will definitely be back to Bulgaria one day and when we're back, we will want to stay at Dona Guest House again!

Tidy, spotless yet basic accommodations. Exceptionally clean. Nice setting. No frills. An affordable stay and lovely property sit situated near the center of town. It’s nice to sit in the court yard at sunset and journal.
