My stay at this property was incredible. I really cannot say enough about Isaac and his family. They were all very hospitable. Isaac was probably the best host I have ever had and I have been travelling the world. It all started from the train station where he picked me up. The hotel alone, is very clean and very modern. That room is large, and the bed was very comfortable! the pool area is very serene. It is in an amazing location facing tianman mountain and Heaven’s Gate. Great food, and they always had breakfast ready.  I did the national Park and Heaven’s Gate, Isaac was able to set both up for me, and he directed me on the best routes for both locations. Overall, my stay at heavens gate home stay hotel was amazing.

Everything was great, Good location, The Property Manager Rebecca is very friendly, helpful, speaks English well (special thanks for her), the room is clean and size is very comfortable for solo or couple, generally it was really good experience, I would recommend the property for anyone coming to Zhangjiajie.

Extremely helpful owner that went above and beyond. He spent so much time explaining the best routes to take, laid out how much time each part of the park will take and all the prices for cableways and alternative paths. Also let us know the parts of the park that are currently closed so we don't waste any time. There is a microwave, he will put any items in the fridge for you, and also kindly helped us figure out laundry on the roof. Location can't get any better, dozens of restaurants in the area and Zhangjiajie gate was exactly a 5 minute walk away.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. They assisted us booking the tickets to the various nature parks of this region and were always eager to help and plan a nice journey in the parks. The food was also great and the bathtub on the balcony is a nice addition to the beautiful room.

The location is amazing! Only about 20 minutes walk to the east gate of the national park. The walk to the park is very picturesque too. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel which is great. The owner is super helpful with any kind of questions you might have. He can also help you book the tickets and provide you with the best explanation of the area and how to visit different parts of the national park so you have a clear understanding of what to do.

Our stay at Tongfu Inn was fantastic! Carol and her whole family were very helpful and welcoming. She organized all entrance tickets for the scenic areas in Zhangjiajie for us. The Inn itself has an awesome location (5min walking from the entrance of the park) and had a very nice terrace to hang out. We can only recommend staying there as the food, the beds and the atmosphere were just amazing.
