The atmosphere was very cozy and we felt extremely welcomed by the host Peter and his wife Pauline. If any house deserves to be called a boutique hotel, it is this one. There are only two suites for a maximum of six guests. The rooms are spacious and lovingly decorated. The decoration and the old furniture make you feel like you are in an old palace. The villa is located in a large park that absorbs most of the sounds of the small town and all the views. If you want to stay in a historical and unique place, you have found it.

The host was very friendly and kindly showed us around the flat. The rooms were spacious and offered enough space for a family (at least a small one). There is also a backyard with a table and chairs. Ideal for families with small children: there is a spot in the corridor big enough for a pushchair and a balance bike. There were all the necessary facilities in the kitchen for us to have breakfast, lunch and dinner there (even some tee and oil left from the previous visitors, which came in handy). The host was accommodating and let us stay over lunch in the flat (a couple of hours longer), which was a huge help for us! We would definitely stay there again if we were to come to Löbau. The flat is exactly as in the pictures.
