The setting and views are absolutely idyllic - exactly what you’d hope for in an alpine escape. While there was a little noise from neighboring rooms, the stay was still very comfortable, with a bed so soft and cozy it felt like being wrapped in a cloud. I’m still dreaming about the apple pie from the on-site alpine café, a daily treat not to be missed. The staff were helpful and friendly, and Stefanie, the host, very accommodating. Although I didn’t use the indoor pool or sauna, it was wonderful to have those facilities available. Overall, a truly magical stay.

Host and hostess were very kind. Breakfast was good enough. The 3 menu dinner was excellent. We had 2 dinners during 2-night stays. Quiet and peaceful place. Wonderful scenery with a cup of coffee from the terras. I enjoyed Sauna. Wonderful. Host gave us bus cards for city transportation.

The location was excellent. The apartment was nice and big. The guest was very nice.

Locations was perfect. The view from the windows was awesome. The full apartment was very comfortable for a family. Could easily stay here for a few months. Found parking 4 minutes away for $8 a day.

The location is excellent. Walking paths start on the other side of the road in front of the house. Several restaurants nearby. Great views and the sound of the river flowing. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and communicative, caring. The very fun and friendly atmosphere of the house gave us the opportunity to chat with other guests and share the impressions of the day and to socialize. Breakfast - just perfect! you can have coffee all day long without any aditional fees. They have sauna, so I imagine in winter it fees like in fairytale.

Location was amazing. Staff super friendly and easy to communicate with. Premium Wi-Fi worked really well. Room was soundproof, no noises even during the thunderstorm. Did always find an available parking spot for the car.

Perfect location for visiting Berchtesgaden National Park. And the owner is so friendly and accommodating.

The view was gorgeous, staff was accommodating and kind, thr room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious!

The Stutz family were wonderful hosts, and our apartment was perfect. It was clean, well supplied, comfortable, and serene. The top floor apartment was very large with modern comforts, and my family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. The many windows and skylights were nice to have. We stayed 5 days to explore Berchtesgaden & Salzburg. When it was time to leave, we wished we were spending our whole trip here. We loved our time here and hope to return!

Staff were nice, friendly and accommodating. Views from windows and patio were gorgeous! Breakfast included was good and fresh with different options daily for meat and eggs. Had fridge with beer and soft drinks that guest could take and pay for when checking out. Location was perfect in front of lake Hintersee, facing a mountain and inside Berchtesgaden National Park. Gorgeous scenery!

Superb location for hiking and mountaineering. The staff are attentive and nice, and the restaurant serves great food for dinner, so I recommend eating there. Room was clean and I even had a balcony to relax.

This is a lovely Inn nestled in the Alps with a wonderful restaurant and awesome breakfast. The staff was sooo friendly!

Everything was exceptional at Haus Schwarzeck and if we're in the area again, we'd stay no where else! Serene pastoral views, quiet location and easy getting to the area. Hiking, sightseeing all with a view is here! The kitchen was one of the most well equipped I've ever stayed in. Plenty of dishes, pans and knives that were sharp. Lots of space for your stuff and a wonderful balcony!
