Gerard was extremely welcoming and helpful, he gave us information for the area and made sure we were comfortable. The room was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Parking was available in a private lot nearby.

Great to be met by host (who was very punctual when we arrived and when we were leaving) and shown around the apartment. It is a lovely spacious, clean apartment which was ideal for us to visit Granville and surrounding area.

We had a fantastic experience at the house. The breakfast provided was truly excellent, and we were impressed by the warm and friendly nature of the hostess who made us feel incredibly welcome.
