Old French house we loved the character of it and the history. Maxime was lovely and very friendly. Excellent comfy bed and very quiet slept really well.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Such a lovely and huge suite in a truly incredible 15th century old farmhouse, beautifully renovated and decorated. The bedroom was huge, with gorgeous linens and ample fluffy towels. There was even wine and snacks left for us. Christelle, the host, was amazing to us, always ready to help with anything we needed, really going above and beyond. We got to meet her whole lovely family, making it a very special stay for us. Breakfasts were also exceptional and served in an atmospheric antique dining room, loads of choices, fresh croissants and brioche and MORE, all served on the best and most beautiful china, in front of a roaring fire. This is a very special place, don't hesitate!

Large space. We had four of us staying, one couple in a room with a double bed, the other couple had two single beds in one room. This worked fine for us but I imagine this set up would be great for a family. Full kitchen with everything you could need and friendly hosts. There is also a Wii and some board games at the property. The bathroom is great and there is a second toilet too. Just a tip: If you are British and not used to window shutters then keep them closed during the day to keep the heat out which is what we did in the bedrooms and it works very well (I don't know why British people insist on opening the curtains and windows letting all the hot air in). We cleaned the property ourselves before leaving rather than pay the cleaning fee and we got back our full deposit so we must have done a good job. 20 minute or so walk from the train station, very close to the main road of shops and restaurants and only 10 minute walk to the main supermarket. If I was in the area again I would stay here for sure.

Nicely decorated room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Comfortable to park car in front of apartments. Easy to access from autoroute, in same time hear no noise from it. There is heater in apartments, in winter room temperature is good.

The owners were very nice and welcoming, and the chateau impressive in beauty and character. Our view out of the window was stunning. We had a spacious room and bathroom (with nice thick soft towels!). The breakfast was amazing, Armelle shared with us some of her homemade jams, everything was delicious. We felt as we were treated as friends, not just clients. Best stay of our whole trip in France so far, highly recommend!

Veronique et Christophe sont tres gentile. The house is very modern and new. We feel very welcome. The room, bathroom and house are very clean, nice and spacious. There is a supermarket nearby. The location is in a quiet neighborhood near the Saone. It is very nice to sit on the terras and have dinner or the perfect breakfast that Veronique is making. You can have a nice talk with Christophe and Veronique if you want. If you want privacy, you can sit on your own terras in the garden. We certainly want to come again with these warm hearted people.

Amazing host & beautiful property. It was so peaceful and nice to wake up to the birds chirping outside. The air is so crisp and fresh in Beaujolais!
