we were already in contact with the staff before arrival because we were changing our arrival time, they were very friendly. The house we stayed in was a typical English terraced house. It was very homely and we felt very comfortable. Of course, this is an older house and anyone looking for a new luxury place to stay should go elsewhere. The house is secure , with an alarm and a code that we could use to get in and out whenever we wanted. We had the best access to central London by rail , which is 10 minutes away. the beds were comfortable and the house warm. They also have quite a lot of mirrors :-) if you like to look at yourself. We also had shared use of the kitchen which we used for breakfasts and dinners. There are also some great fast food restaurants nearby. This place made our visit to London a lot more enjoyable and we will be back.
