It was beautiful, clean, historic, updated, high-end, just like the photos online, had parking, had everything we needed and easy access to the motorway/ highway to get to other towns & cities like Hull, York, Beverley, Leeds, Scarborough etc

Immaculate cottage with everything you need. We stayed whilst having renovation work done on our home. Warm and cosy cottage. Lovely hamper on arrival and milk in the fridge. Enjoyed walks with the dog to Little Wold Vineyard for coffee, cake and of course wine. Close to amenities. Secure garden. Owners provided lots of little extras which was really appreciated. Loved the decor and historical pictures. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend staying at Gilly's cottage.

Great space. Great facilities. Lovely view over horse paddocks and very quiet. Katie is a lovely friendly host-nothing is too much trouble. Loved the fresh eggs from the hens ! Will be back!

The property was much bigger than I was expecting, and the huge garden was a real bonus. The toys were really appreciated by our 4 year old and the hosts were really friendly and helpful.

We have just had the most fabulous stay at Holly Cottage. We travelled over from Australia to see family nearby and the cottage was the perfect place to stay. The facilities are truly exceptional, Mike and Laura had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. They had left a wonderful welcome pack on arrival which was so appreciated after such a long journey. The cottage has all the modern facilities even down to usb ports next to the plugs which our teenage daughters loved and having Alexa to ask to play some Christmas tunes. The cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished and feels light and airy whilst retaining it's cottage charm. The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are very luxury and have great showers. Mike and Laura made sure everything was perfect for us and were great at messaging and keeping in touch. We are so so happy that we have booked in again to stay whilst we are in England. Felt like home from home. Liz is so welcoming and helpful. Fantastic breakfast. One of the best b&b's we have stayed in. Very clean and comfortable would highly recommend it.

The cottage is lovely all mod cons well equipped kitchen. It was plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The beds and pillows are so comfy. The owners are really nice. We had fresh eggs from the farm every day.
