The location was great it was central to just about all the places you would visit Coldstream, Lauder, Duns, Galashiels Berwick-upon-Tweed was only 30 minutes away and there were loads of walks all around. the hosts were great anything you needed from groceries to directions

Perfect base and location. Quiet. Very comfortable. Good facilities. Very enjoyable stay. Friendly hosts, made themselves known to us. Able to deal with a equipment issue (broken chair), very quickly.

Scrupulously clean, beautiful and comfortable holiday cottage! Absolutely stunning views! Very well appointed and superb bonus to have such a large fridge/freezer in the kitchen! Extremely comfortable beds. The games room is a real bonus for our teenagers with pool and table tennis provided. A full size outdoor tennis court is available for guests to use as well. Great recycling facilities - which are important to us. Superbly pet-friendly and lots of space for walking our dog. There's two huge fields right beside the holiday cottage - all enclosed and perfectly safe - which is great for us walking our rescue dog. She was off the lead for the first time ever! Lovely, peaceful and tranquil surroundings and a great base for seeing and visiting the Borders. Courtyard Cottage is perfect place to relax, recharge and feel refreshed. Just what we all needed! The owners, Jamie and Jane, are very attentive and do their utmost to ensure that their guests are looked after well and are comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They live right beside Courtyard Cottage; so are on site, if there are any problems. We had no problems whatsoever. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay there and recommend very highly this stunning holiday cottage; Courtyard cottage. God willing, we hope we will return to enjoy another holiday very soon. A huge thank you to you both, Jamie and Jane.

We spent a relaxing weekend in this beautifully converted building. The decor was lovely and everything was exceptionally clean and fresh. The welcome pack was great and very much appreciated. Instructions on how to enter property were very clear. Easy to reach nearby town where there were lots of places to eat and drink. The negative points listed did not greatly detract from our enjoyment of our weekend away.
