Was an absolute stunning location, staff were on holiday but the minder was welcoming and hospitable even though we were late . The accommodation was beautiful with a lovely stream running off a paved area out the back of the property , beds were so comfortable and cosy .

Beautiful decoration, pristine cleanliness, located in a quiet neighborhood and close to a bus station, with private parking. Charlotte (the hostess) was very helpful and nice. We hope to return someday.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated holiday home. Great location in Kinross for exploring. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean. There were toys left for our little girl to play with. Owners very hospitable and provided information on local attractions and amenities. Would definately stay here again.

Great location for travelling on bikes, grocery store and bus stop and restaurants, clean and well equipped. staff - owner was great - always answered texts promptly. only talked to her once.

Nice scent on entry. Clean. Bed comfortable. Great smart TV with loads of streaming channels. Like staying in a lovely hotel but more spacious, privacy and good facilities.

Property was superbly presented and spotlessly clean. Pre arrival info was excellent and our host and property owner was on hand to welcome us on the evening of our arrival. This is a perfect spot to relax & take time out in peace & tranquility yet close enough to stunning scenery and golf courses. The Granary has all modern high quality appliances yes retains is ‘country residence’ feeling.

Very comfortable property and the host made sure we had a seat in the walk in shower at the last minute for my husband who has MS. Plenty of space for larger groups as there is seating and dining over two levels. Close to lots of areas.

Beautiful location superb facilities this was our second time at this location and we will certainly be returning. Plenty of wildlife to see. Hot tub cabin within just a few yards from the front door and it was fantastic. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Thank you Hazel

The location was secluded and peaceful with lots of walking and hiking nearby. It is not too far from small towns and larger cities.
