1. the location is obviously superb - directly accesing the beach. also, it allowed us to visit the 2 beautiful nearby ports to get to the basic supermarket from steni vala (very nice place) 2. the house ia very well equiped (did not miss anything) 3. the setting is very comfortable 4. total silence - the sky is so clear at night that one can really see the stars

The cottage is on the beach, and you practically have a private beach, although it is an old house there is everything you need for a perfect stay. The bed is very comfortable. Perfect veranda and view to the sea and Peristéra island. We had very relaxing and calm holiday.

Perfect villa for a group of 4 or 5, isolate but close to all the most relevant amenities (beach, restaurant and mini market less than 15 minutes away via car or motorbike), stunning view from the terrace and all comforts available. Cleaning is granted twice a week and the owner is always available to help out (drove us from and to the port, booked a boat on our behalf) and to make sure the holiday is super comfortable and up to expectations. The kitchen is well furnished, to allow also dinner at home when you don't feel like eating out

The house has a lovely, colorful garden and a beautiful view of the sea from the porch. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The place is accessible by car, about 20 minutes from the port. Highly recommended for a quiet vacation.

We loved how peaceful it was at Thea Studios. After leaving Patitiri it was blissful to be somewhere so chilled out. 2 minutes walk to lovely restaurants and a small beach to cool off in the sea. Nicely equipped studio with friendly hosts 😊
