The house is big, cleaning every day, very clean. air conditioning in every room. everything is done with taste and warmth. the kitchen is equipped with everything, a machine with capsule coffee and a coffee filter. the view of the valley and part of the sea is amazing. The owners live next door and are always ready to help. 6 minutes by car and you are on the beach and among good restaurants. I wish Vlad good luck in this business. you can do the best the way you are doing.

Villa Thea was an awesome place to stay during our time on Zakynthos. The terrace has an amazing view and is perfect for breakfast as well as a nice after-dinner drink. If you rented a car, the beach and a few nice restaurants and places to spend some time are just 10 minutes away. The house is at a quiet spot and kind of hard to find, but we got a really good explanation how we get there and everything worked out perfectly. We found everything we needed and the house was very clean.

big apartment looks better than the pictures fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine comfortable beds sparkly clean - the very nice cleaning lady comes every 2 days position - on the hilltop, you have a view from Tsilivi to Xigia beach parking place- inside the yard quiet area - you can hear only the owls and the church bells :) Lofos restaurant at 8 minute walk

De vila is very comfortable and has a wonderful view towards the sea and all around. The pool is great, especially if you are a family with children as we were. De contact with the person managing de property was great. In our case, a late checkout was possible and we highly appreciated that. Free private parking is available. Nearest sandy beaches are about 10-15 minutes away by car.

The warm reception of the wonderful host Dimitris made us feel very welcome at the meticulously and charming kept beautiful country house. We were greeted with complementary local wine and olive oil as well as sweet treats. The huge backyard has delicious almond and fig trees which during our stay were ready to harvest and were complementary offered to us. The open floor plan of the first floor of the house feels very cozy. There is a restaurant, called Lofos, with delicious food and an amazing view only a 5 minutes walk away. The house is located on a charming and quiet small village. On our final night Dimitris stopped by briefly and presented us with a USB thumb drive containing beautiful traditional Greek songs.
