Apartment was clean, kitchen has everything you needed. Living room and bedroom both have air conditioning. The temporarily available WiFi. Remoteness and silence. View from the balcony was as in the picture. The neighbourhood cats. (please leave food for the cat family near the decorative boat down the road towards the beach, they need it!!) For a change, an accommodation on booking.com whose rating score does meet expectations

We recently stayed at your villa, and we had a wonderful experience. The villa was absolutely beautiful, with spacious and clean rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, even though they didn't speak English. They understood everything we asked of them, and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The view from the villa was simply breathtaking. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Incredible helpful and friendly staff, I had a big scratch on my leg from falling over and Paschalina (the owner) offered to help me take care of it. It is the cleanest accomodation I had in Greece and it's decorated with a love to the detail. The shared kitchen corner works perfectly, is well equipped and clean and provides everything one may need for easy cooking. Water and Internet run reliably and the rooms are in a very quiet corner of the village right at the beach, loved every minute of my stay!

Astonishing view over the Aegean sea and Evia's shore. The houses are placed in an olive orchard, it's quiet and gives you an relaxed holyday feeling. The houses are clean, not luxurious but fit and authentic. You can find nice beaches nearby and also make a lot of trips. The hosteses, Panayiotis and Marina, where living some where near, and they're really friendly and helpful. They brought us olives, olive oil and vegetables from their garden. There's actually 6 houses, attached two by two, only four of them are for rent. We had a bit of a problem with the Wi-Fi, which weren't working most of the time. You will definitely going to need a car for trips and groceries. Have a nice stay! :)

The owners were very kind, pleasent and helpful! Even the appartment was older it had charm and very interesting interior and exterior details. Everything was clean and fresh towels and bed sheets changed twice. Location was excelent!

Splendid view, excellent location, we had everything we needed. Is very big villa, we were 2 families, meaning 4 adults and 5 kids, and we had plenty of space. AC in every room including kitchen, living, dining, etc. Play station with many games if you have a bad weather. And wi-fi so good that you can use it from the pool or from the beach!!! It has a nice barbecue, pool in front, a very nice beach down stairs. At the beach, the sun beds & umbrella & kayak & standup paddle are free if you have your drinks from EOOS. We not recommend eating from EOOS, better eat from Olivia or in next village at Dimacos. Mike is a great host, we received all information and recommendations we needed. Thanks Mike!
