We have just returned from a really, really lovely stay at Emotions House. Emotions house is a lovely apartment which takes up most of the ground floor of the villa (with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area). We found it to be very comfortable and clean with everything you needed for your stay. The welcome was very warm and we loved the pastry and tea/ coffee on arrival and found all the starter basics in the apartment like olive oil, salt, loo roll etc to be really thoughtful and very useful for a self catering stay. The beds were pretty comfy and the linen and towels plentiful and clean. The friendly owners live on the floor above and there is a smaller loft flat on the top floor. The terraces and pool area are shared with the others in the house and also 2 other apartments on the the site. It was very quiet when we stayed at the start of the season so didn't really have to share the facilities, except with a group of super friendly cats who spent lots of time chilling with us. There is also a large property currently being built next to the pool opposite the house. The villa is in a very quiet area outside of Kalamata a fair drive up a pretty steep and windy road but this was a bonus for us, we like to get away from too many people. The views are stunning and the sunsets on the terrace amazing. You do have to drive to get supplies, go out, to the beach (nothing is really walkable) but we knew this when we booked. Kalamata is a stunning place and the apartment is located really well for exploring the area.

Clean and comfortable apartment, no problem with the parking, just 30m from the beach. Kalamata's city center can be reach in 15 min. Would like to convey special thanks to Mike, who received us in the apartment and did a lot to make our stay there comfortable and enjoyable.

The unit was a decent size, and it had 3 bedrooms, so there was plenty of room. Including 2 bathrooms. It also had a nice patio where you can sit in peace. It was walking distance to beaches in Mikri Mantinea. Also, there was air conditioning in every room as well, which was great.

Certainly our best experience ever with Booking ! This is not feeling like an accomodation, this feels like a home, fully equipped kitchen, piano, wooden floor, simply amazing. The view and spot is simply superb, we had dinner on the balcony, cooked in the kitchen, our guest provided us with aperizers, olive oil from their orchard, and some sweets. Very very friendly. They proudly display a 9.9 rating from Booking a few years back and you know, it's absolutely deserved ! My only regret is to not having had more time to stay there.
