View was incredible, swimming pool fab size, loved the privacy and quietness and absence of children, bed & linen was super comfortable, room was lovely & large, tv, good sized fridge, kitchenette , shower gel etc Fabulous fresh orange juice for breakfast each day:) Kindness of the manager George. Also his help and concern when husband was unwell with a cold. The grounds were lovely maintained with flowers, herbs, fruit, olive trees and organic tomatoes that were available.

Quiet location not too far by car from Kalamata, shops, beach etc. Private large terrace with almost 360* views. All is beautifully decorated, the kitchen has all you need, the shower is great and the bed comfortable. Large windows so the view can be seen from inside and from bed also. Very friendly and cute cats on property. Private parking.

We have just returned from a really, really lovely stay at Emotions House. Emotions house is a lovely apartment which takes up most of the ground floor of the villa (with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area). We found it to be very comfortable and clean with everything you needed for your stay. The welcome was very warm and we loved the pastry and tea/ coffee on arrival and found all the starter basics in the apartment like olive oil, salt, loo roll etc to be really thoughtful and very useful for a self catering stay. The beds were pretty comfy and the linen and towels plentiful and clean. The friendly owners live on the floor above and there is a smaller loft flat on the top floor. The terraces and pool area are shared with the others in the house and also 2 other apartments on the the site. It was very quiet when we stayed at the start of the season so didn't really have to share the facilities, except with a group of super friendly cats who spent lots of time chilling with us. There is also a large property currently being built next to the pool opposite the house. The villa is in a very quiet area outside of Kalamata a fair drive up a pretty steep and windy road but this was a bonus for us, we like to get away from too many people. The views are stunning and the sunsets on the terrace amazing. You do have to drive to get supplies, go out, to the beach (nothing is really walkable) but we knew this when we booked. Kalamata is a stunning place and the apartment is located really well for exploring the area.

Everything was just perfect. Very clean pool, incredibly beautiful view to Kalamata, communicating and friendly owners. We found everything we need in these apartments and for sure we'll return.
